Weather and Sky:
A unstable morning with variable convection cloud, showers and improving visibility. W F4, 12 increasing 15, 18km E / 5000m NW, visibility improving later, fractus, altocumulus with a large cumulonimbus forming over Lancashire, later various deep and extensive cumulus. See day photos on Skyscapes. Showers, 1014 rising 1015hPa.

Back to normal this morning with a mipit and general crash, with conditions unsuitable both to see, watch and presumably also for the birds en-mass. Albas however were relatively strong with at least 24 in various directions south.
