Grey Plover Oxenhope 17-08-2008

Grey Plover > W... A montage of poor "in flight" shots (c) 2008

See yesterdays report for details.

It is interesting now that the Trektellen records are comming in, to see that this corresponded with an influx of this species in the Low Countries. To date 296 movers to be exact with the largest count being 136 past Cap Gris-Nes watchpoint. See:

There are even some photos of the movers here as well.

Cant find any other internet available records of inland or even coastal passage birds relative to this Country though, although I am sure there must be some. Any one know of any?

Dave
