0730hr sunny at the top of the Clough but the mist soon moved up and did not clear until 0830hr just 3 meadow pipits and a starling seen.
0830 - 1030 The mist cleared sunny with a light southerly wind, Tawny Owl asleep in a tree, 4 Blackbirds, 2 Song Thrush, 3 Chiffchaff, 8 long Tailed Tits, 2 Coaltits, 4 Bullfinch, 6 Chaffinch, 2 Great tits.
Pm Stonechats moving through, A pair at Fly Flatts 1430hr, and 15 at Penistone hill at 1530hr on the fence adjacent to the moor.
