Pinkfeet 20-02-2009
Just four skeins of pinks reported today from the Bradford area (to date)..... the first two could possibly be the same skein:
Firstly
This one (70 > W @ 1135hr) from the Queensbury Birders web (NK):

and this mail from Howard:
Hello Dave again,
Today had 64 PFG in single skein, over house in Oxenhope, at 11.50 am. No other skeins sighted. Could this be the group of c60 birds seen by DJS of Calderdale group alighting on Fly Flatts yesterday - birds came from that general direction ??
Cheers
Howard
and finally:
Stainburn 08.30-1100, 7/8 cloud poor vis - 3/8 good vis later.
Pink- footed Goose 279 > w- flock of 151 at 09.05 and 128 at 11.00- these moved from Vale of York over Harrogate and just South of Menwith in a Skipton bound direction.
