Oxenhope... just too windy! 08-05-2010

NE F5 rising F6, 7degC, 65km, 8/8, QNH 1016 rising

0800 - 1130hr

A nasty cold windy morning with very little in the sky, however the Grasshopper Warbler was still singing away from the juncus as a token gesture and LBB Gulls were passing through. At one time the water was scattered with a passing Sand Martin flock sussing out the feeding possibilities.
