Comments: Plenty local birds around oncluding gulls and corvids with reasonably good evidence of Fieldfares and a few Redwings to and fro in the valley and c90 Lapwings to the north-west of Soil Hill and c80 towards Queensbury/Shelf areas, all in the distance but probably in the fields and disturbed by predators. What a struggle to find any movers! The highlight was 2 Goosanders >S with 7 Starlings west just as we left.
