Tuesday 13th September 2005
1910 - 2015hr last light (DCB, MD + others)
Weather and Sky:
A fresh evening with strengthening wind and increasing cloud. Wind: SW F5, reducing F3. Temp: 14. Visibility: Settle / Ferrybridge. Cloud: 2ok (some wonderful lenticular formations) – a clear and poor sunset. Pressure: falling quite quickly throughout the day, 1018hpa.
Arrival too late and a little too windy but at least six Meadow Pipits seen going west. Four Curlew still around and in to roost. Well dark when leaving.
