Dave,
2 Bewick's Swans on the water at Leeshaw at 1500, called KM and PC both managed to see them at 1600, the birds still on the shore as we left at 1620hr. Also 71 Greylag Geese and one Pinkfoot in the field adjacent.

Hi Brian
Did you see the Swans fly in or where they there when you arrived.I had 2 yb /Swans over Northowram at 8.48 heading west the same morning.I felt sure they were Whoopers but it is a coincidence,as y/b swans are scarce in these parts.The wind was very strong that morning over the pennines.
