Weather and Sky:
A deteriorating grey cold morning with increasing wind and reducing visibility. SE F4 becoming E F5, 8degC, 5000m, stratus 8ok, 1030hPa steady.
A bitterly cold birdless morning with the watch abandoned early. Redwing calls were heard several times over head from overflying birds but none were seen.

Finch sp 25 > various
Meadow Pipit 4 > S
Alba Wagtail 4 > S
