Caldene Fields Watchpoint 02-11-2006
Woodpigeons pouring through again.......
2nd of November 06 watch for 07.15 - 0.7.45
Weather: Dry 20% cloud, temp 7c with a F2 N/W wind. Visibility beyond 3 miles.
Comments: A 30 minute watch produced another massive movement of Wood pigeon and like the previous days the majority were to the east of Caldene Fields. In addition Fieldfare were also pouring through. No finches recorded as I was just too busy !!
Wood Pigeon > 1,050+ S/S/W
Fieldfare > 420+ W/N/W
Starling > 49 N/W
