07.40 hrs - Peregrine (male) from west and headed E.

 

08.30 hrs to 10.30 hrs - Fly Flat : small but steady flow of returning Meadow Pipits N throughout - counted 48.

 

8 Curlew - high and NE

 

Buzzard - South

 

Tufted Duck (male) fly through high North

PM Oxenhope 1445hrs

 

Red Kite just come through. Saw many birds put up just to the right of Leeshaw - 15 Curlew, 20 Golden Plover and circa 80 Lapwings - scanning with bins produced the Red Kite (no wing tags observed) which slowly made its way over Marsh North towards the Worth Valley and possibly the Aire Valley. Circa 45 Fieldfares also observed.
