Caldene Fields Watchpoint 29-09-2008

Caldene Fields Watchpoint

29th September 08 Watch 07.00 – 08.30
Weather: A fine dry morning with long sunny spells and a F2 W wind with gust to F3. 25% high cloud cover mainly to the S/E with a Temp of 8c.

Comments: A watch that produced no really large movements, although Mipits were trickling through. A single party of Pink Feet was seen moving at distance to the S/E of the watchpoint. A single Redwing the second September record here for me was the main highlight which coincided with a trickle of Mistle Thrush, both species moving N/W
