Comments: The slight tail wind produced the some good birds this morning with 3 figure counts of BH Gulls ( which are still moving in good numbers here), Swallow, Mipits and Goldfinch. Maybe the slight drop in early morning temperature inspired C Crows to move as 23 were recorded !. The count of mipits does not tell the true numbers that were moving as many calling birds were very high and recorded as singles call although groups were recorded lower down. The first Skylark, Song Thrush and Cormorants were good finds.
