Comments: A lot of movement today with BH Gulls ‘ pouring’ through mainly over Bierley and to the S for the whole of the watch. A noticeable increase in Alba mainly to the S. My first Snipe of the autumn went through and Goldfinches again were strong. Having a bit of a ‘ purple patch ‘ at the moment here and this morning 4 Twite flew S directly over my head!! only second ever record here. 2 Song Thrush went S which were interesting and 2 parties of Starling S/W were tracked coming from the N/E at distance and could well of been continentals. 1 grouded Chiffchaff
