Caldene Fields Watchpoint 03-11-2007

Caldene Fields Watchpoint, Low Moor, Bradford

3rd November 2007 06.45 – 9.00am

Weather:  A dry gloomy morning with 100% low cloud not clearing for the whole watch.  F2 W/S/W wind with poor visibility to one and a half miles.  Temp 10c

Comments: A case of what I missed today with weather conditions allowing mainly only calls of Greenfinch and Chaffinch with no real counts made.  There could also have been a large movement of Woodies to the east of my site as a vast flock of probable Woodies were noted  through a small break in the cloud around 8.00.  Startling were noted in good numbers and moving to the S/W
