A bitterly cold morning at Fly Flatts with northerly wind - visibility fantastic.....  3 peaks on view in their winter dress.

Whooper Swans - 7 at north end of res with couple of dozen Canada Geese and one
Greylag.

Golden Plover - 22

Curlew - 6 with others heard on moor

Snipe - 1

Meadow Pipit - just a trickle of returning birds - counted 11

Carrion Crow - 6
