Caldene Fields Watchpoint 24-11-2008

Caldene Fields, Low Moor, Bradford.

Alba Movement Today?!
24th November 08 Watch 07.15 – 08.30
Weather: A dry cool start with 70% heavy low cloud mainly to the E/S/E and a F2/3 N/N/W wind. Around 08.00 the cloud cover reduced to around 30% allowing the odd sunny period. Good ground visibility to around 11 miles and a temp of 1c

Comments: The only thing of note today was a good movement of Alba wagtail both to the E/S/E and W and I can now say BH Gull movements are now over here as not one genuine BH Gull was noted moving south today. In fact I think it is safe to say that in general all movements here are coming to an end.

Wood Pigeon > 43 S + 162 N =205
Alba Wagtail > 39 E/S/E + 25 W = 64
Starling > 4 W/S/W
Redwing > 1 S/W
C Crow > 7 S/W + 2 N/W = 9
Greenfinch > 36 S/S/W
Redpoll > 4 S
