Weather and Bird Migration

Weather and Bird Migration
For those that do not already subscribe to British Birds there is a very interesting article on Weather and Bird Migration (Norman Elkins) in the May 2005 edition – just dropped through my letter box, it runs to twenty pages! – bed time reading to start tonight!! It looks to concentrate on the national / international situations, with lots of typical pressure charts and the like, with lots of clues as to what to expect, so will carry on from and work quite well with my megre local effort on how to record the weather!

If you don’t already subscribe and are at all interested in the above, the May 2005 edition is definitely a good one to start with.
Dave.
