E F5, 12degC, 65km, 8/8 stratocumulus / altostratus, now dry, QNH 1007 falling

A very wet morning with rain beginning to lessen before lunchtime and dry / heavily overcast by 1400hr. Hardly any birds in the sky but just a few Lesser black backed Gulls battling NW... Water Water everywhere!
