0730 – 0930hr. (DCB,HC)
Weather and Sky:
An atrocious morning of deep driving fog not lifting by the end of the watch. SSE F3, 10degC, 100m to 200m max, damping throughout with deep driving fog, enveloped in deep fog stratus – sky obscured, 1009 rising 1011hPa.

A big dissapointment this morning – weekend and SE winds again!! Hardly any birds in the deepest of deep fogs, watch abandoned. Yesterday evenings ideallic fogs at sunset after the rain (see Skyscapes) were not a good omen.

Moving Birds:
Mipit 69 > SSE
Alba 2 > S
Starling 2 > S
