Comments: A changeable morning starting off with a cracking pre sunrise but fractus then fog stratus from the moor soon closing in to give a prolonged period of poor visibility with damping rain. Final third of the morning quickly improving but very few moving birds in evidence except for the gulls with many more than of late. No real thrush movement apparent but a few Crossbills went SE as did a couple of small high pink skeins. All in all a relatively diverse but very poor morning.
