N F1, 5degC, morning rain just ceasing, vis 10km haze, 6/8, QNH1007 rising.
Rain still spitting after a very wet morning but soon to stop and brighten up. A big influx of mipits blogging at sometime since yesterday morning with at least 150 blogging! These soon dispursed as the afternoon improved and some were seen going off N. A few Pied Wagtails also in the blogging group had arrived since yesterday. Otherwise three Curlew went high NW as did six Carrion Crows. A Common Sandpiper was fresh in, first seen at the south eastern end but this or another was later seen leaving to the NW.
