Oxenhope 1000 - 1200hr
WNW F3, 14degC at 0800, 65km, recent and intermittent QNH 1023 rising.
Early morning rain dictated a late start. Lesser black backed Gulls going mainly south west, coming in from the high N and NE.... a thin constant flow with birds moving in ones and twos. Just a few moving NW. Black headed Gull movement picking up with birds moving W and NW also in ones and twos into the wind. Just a few Starlings moving north in flocks of up to 21 NW and one or two Swifts moving into the wind.
Moving Birds:
Lesser black backed Gull 53 > mainly S and SW
Black headed Gull 34 > W and NW
Starling 60 > N and NW
Swift 7 > WNW
Barden Gullery 1400 - 1700
Black headed Gulls Gulls everywhere, no evidence of dispersal yet.
