Wilsden 18-04-2006 dusk

Tuesday 18th April 2006C2015hr
A partially overcast day, showers in the morning, with clearing skies and slackening winds towards dusk. Wind: W F1 / 2. Temperature: +6degC and falling. Visibility: clear. Cloud: 3ok reducing and with persistent contrailing. Pressure: 1010hPa steady.

Interesting whilst doing the sky tonight between 2000 and 2020hr that several groups of Mipits on the move again over the open fields and going NNW. There were more than I could see as there was a lot of flight calling. Also noted this but to a lesser extent a few nights ago.Also: Oystercatcer calls in the distance at c2015hr - most probably movers?
