Comments: The passage of a front overnight and out into the North Sea, left clear and sterile skies with no high movement detected at all! In fact there was very little surface movement either with only low numbers and low species diversity on the move. The most interesting event was the overflying of a Dunnock! at 0757hr west, complete with several spaced "bell" calls... fantastic! A single "white" male Goosander went south.

Comments: A very quiet but lovely morning with an ‘ end of season ‘ feel to the watch. Some movement may have been taking place very high up as a few finch Sp were noted, BH Gull did not move in any numbers and may well have run their course. No good numbers of thrushes or Starling moved and even passage Greenfinch’s are showing signs of slowing down here.
