Starling - 588

Totals: 773 individuals, 15 species, 3:35 hours

Comments: Essentially open overnight becoming scattered with low fractus by dawn. WSW moderating and QNH rising throughout... A much better morning with and initial surge of Fieldfare and Starlings going through in small numbers right from arrival c 30min before sunrise to the time I left. Bramblings however were the most unexpected with four flocks going WNW at intervals in the early part of the morning. A small group of Xbills also went WNW early on... somewhat uncommon here and even moreso this year! Otherwise reasonable diversity but small numbers....
