Weather and Sky:
An improving, sometimes wet afternoon after a very wet morning. Wind: SW F2. Temperature: 15 degC. Visibility: Flasby Fells / Pudsey. Precipitation: heavy rain ceasing to become intermittent, then dry – very humid. Cloud: breaking stratus 7ok base @ 1400ft asl. Pressure: 1001hPa steady.

Very wet feet due to standing water at the watchpoint but an interesting and better than expected afternoon with still a few Swifts moving behind the rain with Teal, Shelduck and Snipe all overflying, possibly stirred up by the rains.

Swift 24 > W

Ring Ouzel in heathland
