Oxenhope Watchpoint 26-10-2007

07.30 hrs to 09.30 hrs. Another very poor day with same dismal/overcast weather condtions as yesterday. Stratus throughout with F3 SW. Virtually no bird movement.No mipits seen or heard. Merlin came through from North at great speed and continued on South.

Fieldfare - 17 > NW (overhead)

Redwing - 3 > E

Starling - 14 > S & 8 > W

Woodpigs - 7 > SW

Chaffinch - 25 > S &  2 > N

Siskin - 4 > SE

Merlin - 1 > S

 

Others :-

 

Canada Geese - 7 on res before moving off East.

BH Gulls - circa 2000 as yesterday.
