Oxenhope... flat calm! 19-05-2010
1845 - 2200hr
A different watchpoint tonight....Virtually nothing moving (only six LBB Gulls and five Tufted dropped in briefly) but another tremendous evening to be out till last light in the silence of the calm, just on the off chance of some passage. The moorland birds were in evidence and very vocal.... a Cuckoo was again calling constantly from the moor and interest was maintained right up until last light.
